Didn’t we go for the (somewhat) inexperienced candidate last time?
Although I love all that Barack Obama has done, I believe Hillary Clinton would have been able to do more. Hillary wouldn’t have wasted time trying to play nice with Republicans because she already knew what Barack Obama has since learned —Republicans will stop at nothing to destroy a Democratic President, even if that means putting politics above country.
Let’s face it — as much as the system in Washington is broken, the Clinton’s know how to play the game better than anyone. They are ruthless and understand that the best defense is a good offense. So although Hillary might not be as liberal as Elizabeth Warren, I have no doubt she will be much more effective. Getting both Bill and Hillary back in the White House would be an unstoppable force.
No candidate is perfect. I don’t deny Hillary has baggage. But she’s a fighter. She knows the game. And she can win.
